Initial sessions help us understand your goals, your lifestyle, and what your body needs. From there, I design a personalized fitness plan focused on strength, mobility, and long term health.
We will review your health history, daily habits, and current fitness level so your plan is safe, sustainable, and tailored to your life. Your workouts are delivered through my app with video instructions, or through written plans if you prefer.
