My New Client Foundations Program includes two 60-minute sessions designed to help you kickstart your journey to better health and longevity. These sessions are the foundation of your personalized fitness plan, ensuring that every aspect of your training is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
During the sessions, I’ll begin with a detailed discussion of your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and fitness objectives. This conversation helps us understand your starting point and what you aim to achieve. ​My approach is holistic, meaning I don’t just focus on physical capabilities. I also take into account your mental readiness and motivation, ensuring that your plan is realistic and sustainable.
Once you sign on to the Foundations Program, you will receive a link to download my mobile and web-based training app. Your workouts and assessments will be delivered via the app with video instructions. For those who are not comfortable working within mobile apps, I offer alternative options, including traditional written plans.

After the second 60-minute session, I will design a customized fitness plan designed to help you achieve your long-term goals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your routine, Foundations Program is your first step toward a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant future.

I will provide clients with the PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form and the liability waiver and informed consent form. Clients are required to fill out, sign, and return the forms prior to scheduling the first workout or assessment session.
