Before choosing a program, it is important to complete an initial fitness assessment so that I can customize a program based on your fitness level, needs, and goals. My New Client Fitness Assessment Program includes two 60-minute sessions designed to help you kickstart your journey to better health and longevity. This comprehensive assessment is the foundation of your personalized fitness plan, ensuring that every aspect of your training is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

 

During the assessment, we’ll begin with a detailed discussion of your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and fitness objectives. This conversation helps us understand your starting point and what you aim to achieve. Next, we’ll evaluate your current fitness level through tests measuring strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and mobility. We’ll also conduct a postural analysis to identify any imbalances that could affect your movement and performance.

Our approach is holistic, meaning we don’t just focus on physical capabilities. We also take into account your mental readiness and motivation, ensuring that your plan is realistic and sustainable.

 

Once you sign on to the Initial Fitness Assessment Program you will receive a link to download my mobile and web-based training app.  Portions of the fitness assessment program will be delivered via the app with video instructions on how to complete the tests and upload short video clips of yourself completing the exercises for me to review.  For those not comfortable working within mobile apps, we can conduct the fitness assessment during the virtual live sessions.

At the end of the assessment, I will design a customized fitness plan designed to help you achieve your long-term goals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your routine, our New Client Fitness Assessment Program is your first step toward a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant future.

Prior to scheduling the first assessment session, I will provide clients with the PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form and the liability waiver and informed consent form. Clients are required to fill out, sign, and return the forms prior to scheduling the first assessment session.
